Vitcas black high temperature silicone sealant is heat resistant and flexible up to 315ºC (600ºF). The Vitcas HR-SILICONE is designed for bonding, sealing, assembling and protective coatings for joints / parts in contact with high temperatures such as:
flues, ovens, gaskets, stoves, boilers, fireplaces, kiln tapes, chimney filters & heating units, engines, power units, coolers & motor pumps, heating systems, pumps & motors, kitchen appliances, as well as smoke & ventilation ducts.
The heat resistant silicone sealant features excellent adhesion to most building materials, including: glass & glazed surfaces, enamel, ceramics, wood, impregnated & painted wood and most plastics.

Note: in case of any doubt the temperature should be checked in the area of proposed application and if it exceeds 300ºC, Vitcas Heat Resistant Sealant or Vitcas Black Fire Cement should be used.
