Description

Vitcas white heat resistant filler is a ready mixed material that is ideal for filling in small cracks and joints in high temperature areas. The white filler can be used for small cracks on the chimney breast (especially around cassette stoves), on joints of High Temperature Plasterboard. Vitcas filler HRF-310ML is heat resistant up to 1000°C (1830°F).

The heat resistant filler can be sanded before painting for a smoother finish. Certain types of emulsion paint may require the use of a proprietary stabilising primer before application, please check the instructions on your paint.

How to apply Vitcas filler:

Ensure the area is clean and that all dirt, dust and grease is removed. Cut off the top of the cartridge, screw on the nozzle and cut the nozzle to the required size. Apply to the area to be filled using a cartridge gun (sold separately). Smooth the surface with a clean scraper. The material will set faster when warm.
