The Rule 800SA is a fully automatic bilge pump incorporating new technology that eliminates the need for a mechanical float switch. Every 2 minutes the impeller is spun very briefly and a load sensor identifies if any water is present. If so the pump will run until there is no more resistance on the impeller. If not, the pump will rest for another 2 minutes before the process is repeated.
