Stainless Steel 316 lockable deck filler cover plate marked as 'DIESEL'. The Osculati lockable deck filler cap has a mirror polished finish and fits almost all deck fillers on the market. The deck filler cap can be fitted using the existing securing screws on your deck filler and secured with a padlock (not supplied).
Anti-theft Deck Filler Cover Installation Instructions
1- Remove the mounting screws on the deck filler. Lift the flange about 1/2" from the deck (10 to 15mm).
2- Slide the gasket under the deck fill flange.
3- Slide the mounting bracket between the flange and gasket. The bracket must fit completely into the recess in the gasket.
4- Align the deck fill's mounting holes with slots on the bracket. Secure to the deck with original mounting screws.
5- Use additional screws provided (4) to secure the bracket to the deck.
Attention: To ensure sealing between deck filler and deck, ensure proper contact of gasket and deck. Apply silicone sealant under the flange if necessary.
