This temperature sender is threaded 5/8" x 18 UNF and works with both 12V and 24V DC electrical systems. It is an insulated earth water temperature sensor, meaning it is earthed back to the battery (where earth means ground (G) and is negative) featuring an alarm switch set at 120°C. The sender uses European resistance, so it is suitable for use with European resistance water temperature gauges. This temperature sender measures between 40°C and 120°C.
A single station temperature sender operating 1 water temperature gauge, for dual gauge operations order a dual station temperature sender. The temperature sensor is earthed to the engine block through the brass sender casing.
