Primocon from International is a tarfree, conventional onepart primer for use on all substrates underwater.
The aluminium pigmented, vinyl anti-corrosive primer is formulated for use on timber, steel, aluminium, cast iron keels and lead keels. It can be used under all International antifoulings or as a barrier/sealer coat over incompatible or unknown antifoulings.
Primocon can be applied by brush, roller or spray and is quick drying even in poor conditions. It prevents leaching of TBT from an underlying antifouling coating, if applied at a minimum dry film thickness of 80 microns (minimum 2 coats by roller) and that the film remains intact.
