Job Overview

Arleigh International Ltd. is the leading supplier of accessories into the static caravan, motorhome, and inland waterways leisure markets. The company is going through a significant period of growth, and, to meet increasing demands, we are currently looking to recruit a HR / Business Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Customer and Staff Relations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with ADP Starters / Leavers admin.
  • Contract changes / Job role changes
  • General maintenance of HR files
  • Monitoring and recording of sickness levels, updating Bradford Factor matrix and scores
  • Admin assistance with general day to day HR tasks, monitoring and recording ongoing issues and status
  • Minute taking at business meetings and producing follow up paperwork and reports
  • Admin assistance with review / appraisal paperwork, and records
  • Assisting with planning meetings and training events
  • Liaising with group training team, and assisting with the maintenance of staff training plan as required
  • Admin support with integration of group compliance projects
  • General additional HR / business admin support within group as required

We welcome applicants who

  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Have a proactive approach
  • Possess excellent organisation and communication skills

Coming from a strong administrative background, you will ideally be qualified by experience.
