Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

Processing of orders

Credit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Midland Chandlers.The prices quoted are in Sterling to UK Mainland only - PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE CARRIAGE - Carriage charges are shown on the Carriage Charges page and are calculated on the total order value. If you are ordering from outside the UK please email first with your enquiry. .
If the item is in stock we will despatch your order within 48 hours of payment clearing. We will notify you of any delay. Midland Chandlers will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. Any loss or damage to the goods is to be reported within 24 hours after receipt. Midland Chandlers will not be liable for shortages or defects that are not reported within 24 hours following the receipt of goods. Should the item you order not be available we will not send a substitute item without the buyers agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Midland Chandlers nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
